I have constantly owned at least 1 Valiant since I was 17, and presently have 8, with the remains of several others in storage.

Present vehicles include a 1964 AP5 Safari, 225 P/B auto, original unrestored currently undergoing minor bodywork repairs and engine rebuild, a very original VJ Ranger sedan on Club rego, and the remains of two 1979 CM Regal wagons, a CJ sedan, VH Ranger sedan, a VH Dodge ute and a VJ Dodge ute which runs and drives. My long term project is a VH Regal 770 Hardtop, a photo of which is in readers rides.

VH Regal 770 265 Hardtop
Here is a photo of my VH Regal 770 Hardtop. It is a six cylinder, and is quite rusty.
It is now assembled and complete, running and driveable for the first time in at least 10 years. Appearing to be from Wagga, NSW due to maintenance stickers and a trailer rego form in the glovebox.
The original 265 sounds strong, and the overall interior/suspension condition suggests mileage could be genuine.
It is a project car, and WILL be restored. Just in what manner is yet to be decided. She Who Must Be Obeyed does not like brown, so the original colour may not be in its future. I also have a 360/727 and 4 pinion diff from a CJ Chrysler, so the original running gear may also get the flick.
