Hi, this is one of my two cars. This S series, body number SV1-2-1941, is totally original with 64,000 miles on the clock from new. Has the original dealer sticker in the back window (Collins Motors of Carlton Vic). I bought this car off the NSW R & S Val Club website after a member advertsied the car for sale. I bought it in August 2004 after alot of discussion with the owner. I talked to this seller over the net for about 6 months before I bought the car after viewing a dozen or so photos. Car was trucked up to Gold Coast and has since been registered after work on the exhaust system, new bearings in the gear box and a few other touch ups including new radiator and a good clean/detail. The car drives like new...not a squeek or rattle anywhere. Just a pity it's a three on the tree manual....this one is a keeper and I just love driving is just that smooth!! I even pulled the original spare out of the boot when cleaning and the jack looks like it has never been out of the boot either...This one is my third s series Valiant I have owned over the past 18 years and by far my best Valiant.

The 2nd car is my beloved R series. Body No. RV1-2-031 (yes the 31st manual valiant assembled in Australia) I bought this car from the original owner in about 1990. I love this car but unfortunately I have to store it away from home at the moment (due to lack of space). This car has done about 116,000 miles, three speed on the floor manual, full balanced motor and clutch and goes like the wind. Currently running a Holley 350 and gives excellent mileage on a long trip but around town is pretty thirsty. It has an all original interior right down to the undamaged floor mats. The car is currently running Dragway Pro wheels (started rusting from day one!!)As with my S series, this car was also sold by Collins Motors of Carlton, Vic.
