5.7 litre hemi VH charger
The car is being restored and modified in Victoria by Steve Metsicas at Resurrection Auto Restorers with the help of Darren and Raz at Retrolooms. Great work so far guys....

The car is a VH charger I purchased from a lady in Sydney. It turned out to be a gold mine and many people have commented on the dryness and condition of the original car.

I wanted a car that would have the old school look with the running system of a modern Dodge Charger from the US. I have imported the 5.7 litre and tranmission (complete running system) from the US.

The boys are obviously having to make some modifications as we go along but it is getting there.

The final picture will be a totally shaved down VH charger (no chrome besides the bumper bars) with remote control doors and boot. The car will be lowered, tinted windows, a silver pearl sprayjob. I have not decided yet on the interior or look of the wheels...still thinking.

Love to hear some thoughts from people. I will try and get the end product into some mags at the end of completion. I will keep you all updated as best I can.

Here are some pics from the develpoment so far. By the way I was so happy when I saw the motor would fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoy the show....any ideas for the interior or wheels???
