I bought this car from Tasmania through Mopar Market back in OCT 08.
It is a genuine 67 VC V8 body number 2468.
I had to sea freight the car to Adelaide with Toll and they did a great job. The val was registered and running although it had been sitting for some time in a shed. The day I picked it up from dry creek and drove it home I thought god what have I bought here. It drove terrible.
I have since had the front end rebuilt, new exhaust system, rebuilt the whole brake system, put standard rims and new tyres.- It now drives better but could do with a few more tweeks. I have also started on some bodywork but it needs a complete respray - this will come later.
I am enjoying my new hobby and the challenges it presents. I have joined the two Adelaide based Chrysler clubs and look forward to going on some runs.
Cheers Jeff

Pics of car in Tassie
My brother who lives in Tassie checked the car out for me and sent me heaps of pics.
I bought the car "sight unseen" after viewing them.

Updated pics
The car is starting to look more original. Now it has proper wheels and caps, I have also added a new venitian blind and had some bodywork done. All other work carried out is underneath. Still got a long way to go but worth it.
Cheers Jeff
