This webpage will show the full extent of my midlife crisis. Being a blue blood valiant freak as way back as as i can remember i have decided after many years in the mopar wilderness to mock up a base model charger into a big tank e49.
I grew up in the marrickville area and still reside there.Living around this area i have seen plenty of hoes, they are a nice car and deserve there place in australian muscle car history. The way i see it if the charger was as succesfull as the gt(and as we all know that could of easily been the case) and the gt put into the rt's spectrum i would proberbly be a ford man today,so i am more than happy how our racing history ended up.I have tried to educate many a ford man over the years about the awesome power of the e49 and tried to open there eyes to there obvious good looks, and purpose built racing bodyshape.

Anyway know that you know a little bit about the way i think you can understand my dilema. Rt's have sky rocketed in price over the past decade and certainly priced me out of owning a 38 or 49 big tank,so i have decided to mock one up.

With the help of my faithful panelbeater Alex we will replicate a bigtank e49. Alex has been working on the car and i will post photos of work done to date and then will update as the car progresses.

I am a self confessed ebay junkie and have travelled many k's sourcing cars and parts to quench my thirst for my bluestar madness. I have met many good people along the way and dont regret one minute of the time i have spent tracking bits and pieces down(and ther has been alot of bits and pieces),and i would like to thank a few people but i will leave that till later. For the record i have to thank my revhead wife who has helped me plenty along the way.

I hope you enjoy this web page.
